It's been a week since this episode aired, so I'm a little behind the curve. Hopefully, I can get more on track now. I'll try to post about tonight's episode sooner. :)
Incidentally, I haven't meant this to be a Gossip Girl blog, but I haven't been watching much of anything else lately, or reading things. I am super, super, super excited for Dollhouse this Friday. I'm a HUGE Joss fan, so anything he does, I can't wait to see!!!
I still think my plot ideas for Gossip Girl were better than what they did in this episode, but I was pretty freaking close, anyway. Dan and Serena are over. And Dan is most certainly banging Ms. Carr, as the last few minutes of the episode let us know. I think it would have been cooler if Dan hadn't broken up with Serena, but those two crazy kids just can't seem to get it together. Overall, I liked the arc of the episode. It bodes well for the rest of the season, I think.
I wasn't crazy about the Eyes Wide Shut thing with Chuck, but maybe it will turn into something more interesting later on in the series.
Finally, poor poor Blair. Her dad's finally seen the real Blair and he doesn't seem to like it. Will Blair soften up? Let's hope not. Soft Blair is boring Blair, as we've already seen from the Blair loves Chuck fiasco. No, no. Let's keep Blair bitchy, please.
